These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") are a legally binding agreement between AskToSell, (or "We", or "Us", or "Platform", or "Service", or "UAB Autonominiai pardavimai"), company code 306362685, and you, or if you represent an employer or client, then the employer or client ("You" or "Client"), governing your use of AskToSell's web platform to deploy and manage autonomous sales agents ("Services").
By accessing and using our platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using our services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable. Any participation in our service will constitute the acceptance of this agreement.
Your data will be kept private to the greatest extend allowed by law. Before you continue using our platform, we advise you to read our Privacy Policy regarding user data collection.
By using our platform, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that those communications be in writing.
All text, graphics, user interfaces, source code, photographs, trademarks, logos present on the platform are owned, controlled or licensed by or to UAB “Autonominiai pardavimai” and are protected by copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights.
Users must give the platform access to their email server (Gmail, Outlook or other) with permissions to read, send and manage emails. Platform will only retrieve essential information necessary for the service to operate.
Our servers will only store emails that are sent through AskToSell autonomous agents and corresponding replies from the leads. All other emails that are not related to AskToSell services are never stored on our servers. No third party will access, read, or delete your emails.
Platform is offering a free 7-day trial. The account will not be charged and the subscription will be suspended until upgraded to a paid version at the end of the free trial. We reserve the right to modify the free trial offer from time to time at our sole discretion.
Our pricing model involves a regular monthly charge of $200 (+applicable taxes) per one autonomous agent, which can complete 50 activities (emails) per day after warm-up period is completed. More autonomous agents can be purchased for added capacity.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.
Please be aware that all payments for services provided by AskToSell are non-refundable. This also applies to the cases where services are only partially used within a billing cycle.
Subscriptions renew automatically on the designated renewal date unless you, the Client, request a cancelation before the renewal is due. Please note, if you decide to terminate your subscription, no refund will be provided for any service that you have already paid for. You are free to stop using our services whenever you choose.
We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this platform. You are not allowed to download, modify, or resell the platform or its contents.
We hold the right to terminate your use of the AskToSell platform and deny you access to the platform at our sole discretion. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship with UAB “Autonominiai pardavimai”.
AskToSell under any circumstances be liable for indirect or consequential damages of any kind, including and without limitation, loss of revenue, profits, business interruptions, or data loss. In other cases, AskToSell's total liability is limited, all damage combined, to the amount paid by Client to AskToSell during the two (2) month preceding the date on which the damage occurred.
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any change highlights your acceptance to the revised terms.
